Returns Policy

Defective products:

Upon receipt of your order, you will have 5 days to notify us of any defect in the product you purchased. All defective products can be returned and replaced immediately.
In the event that the product is out of stock, then the value of the defective product will be refunded.

White Pearl Jewelry covers all costs associated with the return of defective products, including shipping and handling costs. There is no additional cost to customers for defective products.

Non-defective products:

No changes are made to non-defective products.
